Shipping policy

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Shipping is with DHL Germany. Shipping costs are calculated by the total weight and the destination. For multiple items with the same delivery address, shipping costs will only be provided once the amount of the total weight and destination is added in the shopping cart. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are an international customer, please review your countries customs and import fees policy BEFORE purchasing. Mermaid tails are a large and expensive items and can accumulate large customs fees in certain countries. Customs fees and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. International shipments may take 8 weeks or longer, plus possible delays for customs clearance. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company, customs or other reasons. Therefore, we don’t offer any refunds or discounts for shipping delays.
